Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation (ALCDF) in the framework of the project: Diber: Trails and Tradition (D2T), financed by USAID, is looking for a consultant/expert on developing a sustainable marketing plan with an ICT web/social media platform including a business services backbone that will be created to promote and support tourism in Diber. The project aims to increase employment, particularly among youth and women; and to increase the incomes of Dibër families involved in the tourism supply chain.
