The preparation of hushaf involves boiling dried plums until they are completely softened and their juice thickens, resulting in a sweet and rich mixture. Hushaf is often used as a natural dessert, served with hot beverages, or as an ingredient in other traditional recipes.Additionally, Kaza Frut Raki, a plum brandy, is another traditional product.
