The Albanian Foundation for Local Capacity Development (ALCDF) within the framework of the project: "Improvement of Tourist Offer in Mountainous Areas of Albania and Kosovo", financed by the Delegation of the European Union in Albania, is seeking a Design, Development and Printing Company for:
