Workshop in a Family Home in Gallatë, Kurbin

Friday, January 24th brought us an unforgettable experience to the village of Gallatë, Kurbin! At the next workshop, under the care of wonderful hosts, the Balozi family, we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the culinary traditions of this area. With hands in dough, traditional dishes and stories from the past, we created a warm atmosphere, full of emotions. Respect and hospitality were the key words that made this day special – a memory of the spiritual wealth that passes from generation to generation.
