Workshop on Modern Culinary Techniques, Food Presentation, Hygiene and Food Safety Standards in Lač, Kurbin

On March 12-13, 2025, ALCDF organized a two-day training at Agroturizmi Lahuta e Vjeter, focusing on modern culinary techniques, food presentation, hygiene and food safety standards. 15 passionate participants from Kolin Gjoka Professional Secondary School and culinary enthusiasts took part in this training, acquiring essential skills to blend traditional practices with modern gastronomy. The training supported marginalized communities, unemployed youth and future professionals in the hospitality sector. A step forward in building a skilled and inclusive workforce!
