Workshop on Preserving the Culinary Heritage of the Kurbin Region and Intergenerational Knowledge Transfer and Learning of New Skills.

This Saturday, we closed the fifth and final workshop in the beautiful church of Gurrëz by bringing together mothers, grandmothers and young people to share and preserve the culinary heritage of the Kurbin region. From traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation to learning new skills, this was an inspiring day of culture, human connection and creativity. This initiative, aimed at preserving heritage and creating opportunities for generating local income through tourism, has been a remarkable journey. We are proud to contribute in some way to the future of Kurbin's culinary traditions, ensuring that they are passed on to generations to come. Special thanks to all those who participated, shared their knowledge and helped make this activity a reality!
