Description
Libri “Bimët me interes ruajtje në Parkun Natyror Korab–Koritnik” përfaqëson një studim të thelluar shkencor mbi florën me vlerë të lartë konservimi në një nga zonat më të rëndësishme të mbrojtura të Shqipërisë.
Botimi është realizuar nga Fondacioni Shqiptar për Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Lokale (ALCDF) dhe është hartuar nga autorët Lulëzim Shuka, Donald Shuka dhe Abdulla Diku, ekspertë të njohur të botanikës dhe biodiversitetit. Procesi shkencor është mbështetur nga recensentët Prof. Dr. Mersin Mersinllari dhe Prof. Assoc. Dr. Marash Rakaj, ndërsa redaktimi është kryer nga ALCDF.
Publikimi është mundësuar financiarisht nga PONT – Prespa Ohrid Nature Trust, në kuadër të projektit ndërkufitar për mbrojtjen dhe shfrytëzimin e qëndrueshëm të zonave të mbrojtura në Malin e Sharrit, Mavrovë dhe Korab–Koritnik. Zbatimi i projektit është realizuar nga ALCDF, në partneritet me GLV “Dibra Turistike” në Shqipëri dhe Qendrën për Zhvillim të Qëndrueshëm të Komunitetit (CSCD) në Maqedoninë e Veriut.
Në proces kanë kontribuar gjithashtu Autoritetet e Menaxhimit të Zonave të Mbrojtura në Dibër dhe Kukës, specialistë, teknikë dhe roje të zonave të mbrojtura, duke e bërë këtë botim një produkt të bashkëpunimit institucional, shkencor dhe ndërkufitar për ruajtjen e biodiversitetit.

The book “Plants of Conservation Interest in the Korab–Koritnik Nature Park” represents an in-depth scientific study on the flora of high conservation value in one of the most important protected areas of Albania.
The publication was carried out by the Albanian Foundation for Local Capacity Development (ALCDF) and was drafted by the authors Lulëzim Shuka, Donald Shuka and Abdulla Diku, renowned experts in botany and biodiversity. The scientific process was supported by the reviewers Prof. Dr. Mersin Mersinllari and Prof. Assoc. Dr. Marash Rakaj, while the editing was carried out by Besnik Alku.
The publication was financially supported by PONT – Prespa Ohrid Nature Trust, within the framework of the cross-border project for the protection and sustainable use of protected areas in the Sharr Mountains, Mavrovo and Korab–Koritnik. The project implementation was carried out by ALCDF, in partnership with the LAG “Dibra Turistike” in Albania and the Center for Sustainable Community Development (CSCD) in North Macedonia.
The Protected Area Management Authorities in Dibra and Kukes, specialists, technicians and rangers of protected areas have also contributed to the process, making this publication a product of institutional, scientific and cross-border cooperation for the conservation of biodiversity.
